A failed and corrupt public organisation with a culture of profligacy and reckless spending. It might be time for the government to appoint a commissioner to sort it out.

The plan to trial social bonds in the mental health system has been roundly attacked, but in my view a lot of the criticism is unwarranted. We must be prepared to experiment, to innovate, to be bold, to try things that have never been tried before. Schemes that may sound adventurous or daring, or even reckless to some.
It is becoming increasingly common for consumer boycotts to be organised through social media. I’m right behind this new era of consumer activism. In fact, I have decided to start my own small boycott.
Normally the establishment of a right-wing think tank within a left-wing party already riven by internal disputes would be seen as bad news. But this time it will be different.
I just wanted to let you know I’m thinking of you during this terrible time. I’m so sorry for your loss.
We need to be ready for when a boatload of these people arrives. Let’s send them a message.
The government is planning to issue social bonds to private investors for the provision of some mental health services. I can’t imagine what could go wrong.
