  1. He is. New Zealand aids and abets tax-dodging schemes of the uber-rich and is thus a tax haven. By stating with calm equanimity that New Zealand is not a tax haven John Key is, at best, demonstrating a serious lack of ethical judgement or, at worst, trying to sweep it under the carpet.
