How hard can it be to come up with a good product name? Quite hard, apparently.

Vegemite Cheesybite has been chosen as the name for a new Kraft Foods spread combining Vegemite with cream cheese.

The name replaces the original moniker for the product, iSnack2.0, which was scrapped after protests from consumers.

The  name they first proposed was weird. I mean it’s a food for God’s sake, not a computer program.

But the new name is a bit uninspiring.

They should have asked me. Let’s just call it Gerald.
